Cancellation Policy

Our aim is always to try and support our patients as best as we can and we understand that sometimes plan have to change at short notice. Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or if patients do not attend their scheduled appointment will mean we are unable to use that appointment time to help other patients. 

For this reason, should you have to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. We can happily reschedule your appointment without penalty providing at least 1 full working day’s notice is given

Should you give less than 1 full working days notice, unfortunately the full cost of the appointment will be charged as we would have little time to reschedule for another patient.

Refund Policy

Patient care and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at Better Bloods. As a result investigations and services would be offered based on individual health concerns and symptoms.

Once consultation have been booked or investigations initiated we are unable to offer a refund. However should patients cancel there booking takes place in line with our cancellation policy then we can offer a full refund should you change your mind prior to your visit.
