Menopause & HRT REview Questionnaire

 The Greene Climacteric Scale (GCS) is a validated questionnaire used to assess the range and severity of symptoms that can occur during perimenopause and menopause. It looks at psychological, physical, vasomotor and sexual symptoms and can be repeated over time to help monitor how symptoms change, including during HRT treatment. The GCS does not diagnose menopause on its own, but it provides a useful structured way to track symptom burden alongside your clinical review.
